MINERAL MANAGEMENT WORKSPACE
Portfolio intelligence without a map page.
Load an Excel workbook to analyze revenue, wells, tracts, production, acreage, and pay-status cross-checks. Your workbook stays in this browser.
MineraLink detects Check Details, Wells, and Tracts sheets automatically. You can also download the improved template from Help & Templates.

TRACT INVENTORY
Tract List / Lease Schedule
A dedicated lease-schedule view of the Tracts sheet with acreage totals, lease alerts, production status, fast filters, and clean exports.
MineraLink uses an actual Lease Expiration Date when one is supplied. Otherwise it estimates expiration from Effective Date plus Primary Term. HBP, extension, modification, pooling, continuous-development, and other lease provisions may change the legal result.

HELP & TEMPLATES
Set up the workbook the right way.
The improved template includes consistent Property IDs so tract, well, and payment records can match reliably.
MineraLink workbook template
Check Details, Wells, and Tracts sheets with the full column structure, matching Property IDs, and guidance rows.
Wells in pay
MineraLink first matches a normalized API number. When API is missing, it falls back to a normalized well name plus operator. This reduces false matches caused by punctuation, spaces, or API suffixes.
Production and lease status
Horizontal or directional production takes priority, followed by vertical production, then not producing. Direct tract counts are used when available; otherwise MineraLink uses producing wells matched by Property ID.
Your data stays local
This version has no backend and does not upload workbook contents to Cloudflare. The parsed workbook is saved in your browser using IndexedDB so it can reopen on the same device.
